Why Achilles Hypalon (CSM)

Achilles CSM—often referred to as “Hypalon”—is a high-performance rubber coating on a tough textile core. It’s weatherproof, UV stable, abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant, yet light and easy to handle—ideal for inflatable tubes, collars and heavy-duty accessories

Construction

Achilles Hypalon (CSM) fabrics are built on a high-tenacity textile core with CSM outer and neoprene or polyester inner layers, delivering a durable, multi-layer laminate. This construction is widely regarded as the longest-lasting option for professional RIB collars and inflatable tubes.
