Pickup (Click & Collect): Caringbah Warehouse (NSW). Orders are held for 7 days from “Ready for Pickup” notification. Bring ID and order confirmation.

1) Order Types

  • Parts & Accessories – shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post.
  • Boat Models – delivered by carrier at flat metro rates (see metro postcodes below). If your postcode is outside metro, we’ll contact you to confirm the additional freight before dispatch.

2) Flat Rates

Parts (Australia Post)

  • Standard: $12.95
  • Express: $15.95

Boats – Flat Metro Rates (per order)

  • LEX series: $130
  • LSI series: $160
  • SG series: $300
  • HBDX series: $800
  • Ceasar Thundercat: $600

Outside metro: Extra freight may apply. We’ll email you a revised freight quote for approval; if you don’t approve, we’ll cancel and refund (see deposits note for pre-orders).

3) Pre-Orders / “On the Way”

  • Pre-order items take longer to dispatch; ETA shown on the product page or provided by email.
  • A non-refundable deposit is charged at checkout for pre-orders. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled for a refund of the deposit. Balance and freight (if applicable) are due before dispatch.
  • If a pre-order also includes in-stock items, we may ship separately or hold for one consolidated shipment.

4) Processing & Dispatch

  • Parts: typically 1–2 business days to dispatch.
  • Boats: we’ll contact you to schedule delivery (metro) or to confirm any non-metro surcharge.
  • You’ll receive tracking (parts) or a delivery window (boats) once booked.

5) Click & Collect (Caringbah)

  • Select Pickup at checkout (eligible items only).
  • We’ll email when ready. We hold pickups for 7 days.

6) Metro Postcode Definitions (AU)

Flat “metro” delivery rates for boats apply to the following postcode ranges. If your postcode is not listed, it’s considered non-metro.

These ranges are a practical guide aligned to capital-city metro areas. Some fringe postcodes may require a surcharge; if so, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

7) Delivery Issues & Damage

  • Please inspect items on delivery. Note any visible damage with the driver and contact info@sealegends.com.au within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

8) Returns

  • Parts: unopened/unused items may be returned within 14 days (customer pays return freight), unless faulty.
  • Boats and custom/pre-order items: returns not accepted unless required by law. Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

9) HIN & Compliance (Boats)

  • We record the HIN and item serials against your order/invoice for warranty and compliance. Keep your documents for registration/insurance.
