How to buy (agencies)

  1. Request a Quote – tell us the use-case, model/size, fit-out, delivery address, and deadline.
  2. Specification & options – we confirm tubes, floors, grab lines, lifelines, seating, power, and accessories.
  3. Commercial proposal – pricing, lead time, freight, and T&Cs for PO approval.
  4. Build / Pre-delivery – rig/test, documentation pack, and logistics.
  5. Delivery & support – training notes as required, parts & warranty support.

Quotes are typically valid 30 days (ask for extended validity if needed).

Stock vs. Made-to-Order (RFQ-only)

Some models are RFQ-only even if in stock (or incoming): SSX-385, HB-Series, SU Series etc
Reason: agency-specific fit-outs, colourways (MOQ may apply), or freight constraints.

  • Ready to ship: stocked items can dispatch quickly (confirm current timelines).
  • Made-to-order: timing depends on spec and production queue—ask for today’s ETA.
