CV4000 is a high-performance, multi-application adhesive designed for a wide range of industrial rubber bonding needs. This two-component, chloroprene-based system vulcanises at room temperature when combined with the correct amount of hardener. CV4000 is ideal for bonding natural rubber, neoprene, SBR, and other rubber types to each other, as well as to fabric, steel, concrete, fibreglass, and urethane—without the need for heat, pressure, or special equipment. It is commonly used for splicing and repairing fabric conveyor belting, as well as for maintenance work on rubber-lined vessels and components. Note: CV4000 is flammable and should only be used in applications where a flammable adhesive is appropriate.
